First up its the first two episodes of another “modern day” adaptation of the adventures of the worlds first consulting detective. Only this time the setting is an alternate reality Kabukicho. Based on the memoirs of John H. Watson MD as told to Sir Arthur Conan Doyal and very loosely interpreted for television by Production IG, we shall be watching Case File nº221: Kabukicho Sherlock
Then its on to episodes 13 and 14 of Neon Genesis Evangelion!

We’ll be starting of with the first two episodes of Uchikoshi Kōtarō’s Akanesasu Shoujo, part of a multi-media franchise celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Animax channel.

Its time for our next featured series showcase! We shall watch the first two episodes of 4 shows over the next two weeks. We shall then vote for the show to watch in its entirety.

Approximately 550 meetings ago on June 22nd 2006, we watched Neon Genesis Evangelion . 13 years later Eva has now been nominated for featured series, and we shall again be watching the first two episodes…
